    Job Requirements
    
    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
      
    • BLS certification
      
    • Preferably 2 years of experience on a Med Surg floor
      
    • Proficiency with Cerner, Merge, and PowerChart systems
      
    • Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday as needed

      • Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
        
      • Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions
        
      • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
