Job Description:
Description:We are looking for a Physician Assistant to care for
our Primary & Urgent Care patients. Qualified candidates will
demonstrate clinical competency by utilizing medical techniques and
principles independently to offer care to a diverse set of
patients. Qualified candidates will have strong problem-solving,
decision-making, and time management skills. This is a full-time
role, requiring a daily commute to Hendersonville, and you will be
further incentivized based on productivity and the level of
high-quality care. The incentive pay is not conditional and will be
paid out based on your monthly patient volume. The ideal candidate
will be a self-motivated, professional and eager to help Complete
Health Partners change the way care is delivered and able to give
that level of care with little supervision. You will be
compassionate and patient with others and also be required to
follow health and safety guidelines consistent with the policies,
procedures, and standards of care at Complete Health Partners.

identifying abnormal conditionsPerform physical examinations and
evaluate patients' symptoms to determine the best course of
treatmentIssue appropriate prescriptions and administer
medicineMonitor patients' progress and keep records of treatments,
surgeries or other medical events Document patients' medical
information and maintains patient chartsEducate patients about
their conditions and treatment optionsCommunicate regularly with
other healthcare providers to ensure that all aspects of care are
being addressedPerform data entry tasks to document patient records
within facility databases and maintaining patient filesParticipate
in continuing education to continually improve skills and abilities

managementKnowledge and Skills:Active Tennessee Physician Assistant
License One to three years' experience in Urgent Care, ER, or
Workers Comp setting or equivalent experienceCurrent CPR
