  • You will monitor, record, and reportsymptoms or changes in patients 'conditions and you will maintain accurate,detailed reports and records.
  • You will record patients medicalinformation and vital signs.
  • You will order, interpret, andevaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients condition.
  • You will modify patient treatmentplans as indicated by patients responses and conditions.
  • You will monitor all aspects ofpatient care, including diet and physical activity.
  • You will prepare patients for andassist with examinations or treatments. It all started here!   • Graduate of accredited school of nursing
  • RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state
  • Current BLS
