  • You will monitor,record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
  • You will maintainaccurate, detailed reports and records.
  • You will recordpatients' medical information and vital signs.
  • You will order,interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient'scondition.
  • You will monitorall aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
  • You will preparepatients for and assist with examinations or treatments. It all started here!   • RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing license from a compact state.
  • ER RN Experience Required
