As a Consulting Manager, you will analyze our insurance clients' business and technology challenges and create innovative solutions to drive transformation. • Draw conclusions from market/industry trends and client issues to support go-to-market initiatives for Cognizant.
• Utilize team resources and company methodologies to present and implement strategic and technology solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise to impact large transformation opportunities in the insurance space for multi-tower deals working across other horizontals and verticals within Cognizant.
• Lead communication with business partners, delivering weekly project status reporting, and strategizing priorities for timely resolution.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum ten years of business experience in Property and Casualty Insurance. Consulting industry experience preferred.
  • Experience on large P&C insurance Core System transformation involving market-leading solutions such as Guidewire and Duck Creek.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum software development framework preferred.
  • Ability to grasp business needs and assess impacts to complex business operations and systems.
  • Possess creative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%.
