Job Description:

Lee Company offers complete facility solutions services of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and preventative maintenance for commercial facilities throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. Our incredible team has built their reputation on trust, honesty, employee safety and excellence since 1944.This position provides mentoring, leadership and technical assistance as needed for the growth and development of the Facility Service organization. Manages and provides operational support to sales team. Maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering the highest quality possible to them.Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Universal EPA (ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY) license
  • Seven to ten years of Commercial HVAC service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceSkills and Abilities:
