Many seniors making this transition have questions around how to pay for increased care. We have answers. Elderlife provides guidance and resources that simplify the transition to senior living. And for those seniors that need to move in immediately, we offer an Elderlife Bridge Loan so they can get the care they deserve today. We are the only company in the nation to provide financing solely focused on seniors! Over the last 20 years, Elderlife has established partnerships with over 3,000 Senior Living communities. These communities are our top lead source, and they rely on us to be their go-to financial company for assisting their residents. Account Manager We are looking for an experienced, motivated Account Manager to educate, train, and build relationships with partnering Senior Living communities. The main goal of an Account Manager is to drive leads and increase utilization of Elderlife's services. You will accomplish this goal by making phone calls, providing online training webinars, driving sales campaigns, and building relationships with the sales teams at partnering Senior Living communities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned. * Serve as the main contact and develop trusted advisor relationships for assigned community accounts. * Professionally conduct outbound sales calls, webinars, and sales campaigns. * Outbound dial assigned network partners to train, support, and develop relationships. * Answer incoming sales calls, listen, and provide appropriate solutions to meet the caller's needs. * Regular follow up calls, and emails to build rapport, and provide customer service. * Communicate to ensure partner relationships are maintained in good standing at all times. * Internal communication to ensure leads are moving through the sales cycle. * Utilize database to record all transactions, calls, and interactions with all Elderlife partners. * Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor. * Ability to adapt to a changing sales environment. * Assist with and complete other duties as assigned. * Able to work full time, and travel as necessary up to 20%. * Employee must be working exclusively for Elderlife Financial Services unless approved by the CEO. * Maintain customer and company information confidential. Job Requirements:Required Skills & Experience:* Sales and/or Account Manager experience required - Documented history of job stability* Ability to coach and training via phone and webinar* Self-motivated, go-getter that can manage their workload without consistent managerial oversight* Organized team player with the ability to multitask in a team environment* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills* Ability to empathize with the senior population, and those assisting seniors* Ability to read, write, and understand English* Computer literacyComputer Skills:* Ability to learn and utilize Salesforce and any future CRM to effectively track operational information* Navigate intranet to locate policies, etc.* Data entry* Ability to efficiently utilize Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Google DriveEducation:* High School diploma or equivalent* College degree preferredBenefits:In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive--compensation, depending on education and experience.
