Company overview A major 3rd Party Quality Service provides quality assurance and supplier representation services for OEMs and suppliers in a variety of industries. Our focus is to provide top tier service with knowledgeable and responsive personnel. Role and Responsibilities - Sales Account Manager will be responsible for: Onboarding new customers and overall company introductions; introduction to the full scope of services Identifying and documenting key company characteristics (Size, Revenue, Product Lines, Industries, Employee #, etc.) Customer initial launch follow-up / Survey Monitoring quality issues and introduce appropriate services as needed Monthly new customer performance review; creation and monitoring of performance metrics Creation of a sales pipeline through the NetSuite CRM module Reporting and forecasting within the CRM Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts; the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Forecasting and tracking customer account metrics Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with accounts Creating an expansion plan into other segments, OEMs, etc. Ensuring customer needs are met, and questions are answered Resolving any issues presented with assigned accounts Presentations of services to key audience 60-90-120 day site growth / Integration goals Identifying and approaching new potential customers Quarterly site review Liaison between customer accounts and internal teams Monitoring sales performance metrics Monthly, quarterly, annual reports and forecasts Other tasks as defined by management Qualifications and Education Requirements College degree Minimum of 3 years of experience with a CRM, with technical sales experience and an emphasis on the B2B service industry Experience selling business-to-business services to manufacturing companies in the Construction, Agriculture, Military, Aerospace, Power Sports, and/or Marine industries as well as their respective Tier-1s. Highly effective verbal/written communication skills Preferred Skills MS Office, NetSuite CRM Additional Notes Previous experience in Quality Service Industry is highly desirable Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Job Type: Full-time Salary: $75,000.00 /year
