Job Description Job Description Salary: $16-$18 About Us: Plaza Mariachi is seeking a reliable, skilled, and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience in building upkeep, equipment repairs, and general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can respond quickly to emergencies, work independently, and handle a variety of tasks to keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to emergency repair needs and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Operate and maintain a pressure washer for cleaning projects. Perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, and general building repairs. Fix leaks and perform basic mechanical repairs. Safely operate power tools and equipment. Assist with food and beverage inventory management. Receive and organize shipments. Operate a forklift for loading/unloading as needed. Move and arrange furniture or other heavy items. Provide occasional personal maintenance assistance as directed. Qualifications: Proven experience in maintenance, repairs, or related trades. Ability to operate power tools and specialized equipment safely. Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical work. Forklift operation experience preferred Ability to lift and move heavy objects Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Flexible schedule to accommodate emergency calls.
