Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager for a permanent position based
in Nashville. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented
professional who excels in project management within our clients
operations department. Client Details Our client is a large
organization rooted in the commercial industry. They have a
significant presence in Nashville and are renowned for their
dedicated team that drives their success in the construction
department. Description Oversee and manage construction projects
from conception to completion Review projects in-depth to schedule
deliverables and estimate costs Coordinate and direct construction
workers and subcontractors Ensure quality construction standards
and the use of proper construction techniques Meet contractual
conditions of performance Review the work progress on daily basis
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks Profile Degree in construction
management, architecture, engineering or related field Familiarity
with construction/ project management software Outstanding
communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and
time-management skills A team player with leadership abilities Job
Offer Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $140,000.
