commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and
budget-conscious delivery. Collaborate with architects, engineers,
and subcontractors to meet project specifications and goals. Manage
project schedules, budgets, and contracts to maintain efficiency
and profitability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and
company standards throughout all project stages. Provide leadership
and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of
collaboration and success. Work closely with clients to address
concerns and provide updates on project progress. Identify and

and present reports to stakeholders, detailing project milestones
and outcomes. Profile A strong understanding of commercial
construction processes and best practices. Bachelor's in
construction management or a related field is a plus Proven ability
to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project requirements
effectively. Excellent communication and organizational skills to
ensure project success. 8 years of experience working with a
general contractor Proficiency in project management software and
