Job Description Job Description We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our branches operating safely, efficiently, and in great condition. In this role, you'll perform routine building maintenance, coordinate vendor services, complete monthly inspections, and support facility needs across multiple branch locations. What You'll Do: Respond to and complete maintenance requests Perform basic repairs, painting, and equipment/furniture upkeep Conduct monthly facility inspections and recommend improvements Coordinate and oversee vendor work Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and fire standards Handle on-call or after-hours needs as required Travel to out-of-town branches when necessary What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of facilities or maintenance experience Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently Join our team and help us maintain the safe, welcoming environment our members and employees rely on every day.
