Job Description:
This position provides essential administrative support to
Sherwin-Williams wholesale and retail store operations, sales
territories, and district management. Duties are varied and include
but are not limited to communications and meeting administration;
data entry and management in the human resources information system
(“HRIS”), applicant tracking system (“ATS”), and timekeeping
system; filing and record keeping; monitoring financial/operating
reports; processing expense reports; providing administration
support for training and performance management processes; and
ensuring that the office functions are handled in an efficient
manner. Job duties include contact with other employees and access
confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of
value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The

help organize training & development initiatives Provide support to
employees navigating Company resources and processes Support
performance management, training, and corrective action programs
Manage communications and sales project support for District
Maintain accurate data and records within HRIS, ATS, timekeeping
system, and document repositories Gather and report data with
useful metrics Other administrative functions as required including
scheduling meetings, ordering and maintaining office supplies and
equipment, coordinating travel, and ad hoc reporting Minimum
Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be
legally authorized to work in the country of employment without
needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the
future Must have at least a High School diploma or GED Preferred
Qualifications: Have at least one (1) year of experience using
Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams,
and/or Outlook) Have at least one (1) year of work experience in an
administrative support or customer service position Have an
associate degree or higher in Business, Business Management, or
Human Resources Have prior work experience using an HRIS and/or ATS
Have prior work experience maintaining and analyzing data Have
prior work experience using timekeeping systems
