The Office Coordinator will work closely with the commercial real
estate broker to provide administrative, marketing, and operational
support for the business. The ideal candidate will be highly
organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
--- Manage and maintain the office, including answering phones,
scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
--- Manage the broker's calendar and schedule appointments,
meetings, and travel arrangements.
--- Create marketing campaigns for investment properties and
ministry events.
--- Manage the broker's social media platforms, including creating
and posting content.
--- Communicate with clients and other realtors to coordinate
transactions and resolve issues.
--- Run errands as needed.
--- Perform transaction coordination tasks, including reviewing
contracts and tracking deadlines.
Qualifications:
--- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's
or bachelor's degree is preferred.
--- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office
management role.
--- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
--- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
responsibilities.
