is a highly organized and proactive role that is responsible for
leading and supporting the onboarding of new properties into our
portfolio. This role serves as the central point of coordination
between internal teams, external partners, and on-site staff to
ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to full operational
performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented,
solutions-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Requirements - What you have achieved in your career: Knowledge of
property management operations, systems, compliance requirements,
and leasing processes. Excellent prioritization and organization
skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong
communication skills, both verbal and written, including
presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering
positive interactions across the organization Experience: At least
3 years of experience in property management operations.
Responsibilities: Project Management & Coordination Serve as the
primary point of contact for property transitions, coordinating
between internal departments and external partners (owners,
agencies, vendors, and management firms). Track timelines,
deliverables, and milestones to ensure smooth and timely takeovers.
Due Diligence & Onboarding Conduct comprehensive property reviews
including file audits, lease reviews, and operational assessments.
Ensure all documentation, data, and compliance requirements are in
place prior to management takeover. Process Implementation &
Standardization Develop, implement, and enforce standardized
transition workflows from initial handover through stabilization.
Ensure systems, procedures, and teams are fully prepared for
operational launch. Vendor, Team & Site Support Research, source,
and onboard new vendors as needed. Support on-site teams with new
policies, procedures, and training. Step in as an interim manager
when necessary to maintain operational continuity. Marketing &
Lease-Up Support Partner with marketing teams to prepare leasing
strategies and timelines. Ensure communities are fully prepared for
resident move-ins and leasing launches. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all required signage, licenses, and compliance documentation
are ordered and properly displayed (e.g., labor law posters,
community signage, business licenses). Track transition progress
and provide performance updates to leadership. Performance &
Financial Stability Implement strategies to minimize operational
disruption, protect occupancy, and prevent rent loss during
