Requirements: Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required with 4 – 7 years’ experience in accounting or related field CPA certification required Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns Identify and mitigate tax risks Experience in tax research Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills Proficient in Word and Excel Attention to detail Review tax returns for accuracy and compliance Possess ability to self-motivate, work with a sense of urgency, and to prioritize tasks Ability to work well with others Willingness to learn Essential Job Requirements: Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously Ability to work in a cross functional team environment, while also building strong partner relationships Ability to learn new tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments Possess strong organizational and analytical skills
