Seeking an Accountant 1 to manage purchase orders, contracts, and
grants. Responsibilities include establishing and liquidating
encumbrances, reviewing and approving requisitions, preparing
reports, and supporting year-end closing activities. The role also
involves providing customer support for purchase order
inquiries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent with 36 quarter hours
in accounting coursework, or CPA certification.
Strong skills in accounting, financial analysis, purchase order
management, and report preparation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred.
Work Location:
On-site with potential for hybrid work later.
